Voltaria com certeza a me hospedar .
Quarto amplo e agradável. O hotel é maravilhoso, fica em uma reserva ecológica, achei maravilhoso que podes ver os animais de perto. As sobremesas dos restaurantes são maravilhosas.
A comida do restaurante é igual todos os dias, poderia variar melhor o cardápio. Os drinks não gostei, achei a maioria sem gosto e muito aguado .

Bom custo beneficio.
Tanto o café da manhã quanto as demais refeições com uma grande variedade de opções. Varias opções de piscina, bar central com um ótimo atendimento e estrutura nova dos apartamentos.
Poderia melhorar a qualidade na limpeza dos lençóis, em especial dos travesseiros que estavam com cheiro de suor.

Ótimo para passeio em família
A estrutura é excelente, ficamos no quarto família, era amplo, tinha dois banheiros e o ar condicionado funcionava muito bem. A comida é maravilhosa, vale a pena reservar para jantar nos restaurantes temáticos. A praia é linda, muito bem cuidada.
Bebidas nos bares das piscinas, quentes e baixa qualidade. Alguns funcionários rudes, sem preparo para atender aos turistas.

Resort para família
O resort é estiloso e enorme a ponto do deslocamento ser feito por carrinhos elétricos. Há uma ótima integração com a natureza, pois vários animais são vistos soltos pelo local, tais como patos, pavões, iguanas, flamingos, etc. O restaurante temático FOGO (Brasileiro) e El Pilon (Dominicano) servem pratos de boa qualidade. A equipe no geral é atenciosa, ainda que algumas pessoas demonstrem cansaço. No geral o local é bem bonito, mas quando passa a primeira impressão é possível perceber que teria como ser melhor (tal qual outros na mesma faixa de preço, como o Occidental Punta Cana).
As bebidas não são muito boas, excessivamente doces e o "frozen" não funciona. O estabelecimento faz algumas economias que são estranhas, como usar copos de plástico reutilizáveis e desligar o ar condicionado do quarto durante o dia (isso inviabiliza uma soneca agradável no meio do dia). Além disso, o frigobar do nosso quarto não estava gelando. Outro ponto que achei ruim (até mesmo perigoso) é o fato de as psicinas não terem diversos pontos de entrada/saída, exigindo que se retorne a um ponto distante ou se tente subir pela borda sem auxilio de uma barra ou algo semelhante. Outro ponto horrível é o calor excessivo do restaurante principal (Food Market), é impossível fazer uma refeição agradavel naquele local sem derreter completamente. Embora haja ventiladores, eles são praticamente decorativos, isso causa uma péssima experiência durante as refeições.
